you have to remember some things. Following such guidelines will ensure your
safety as well as avoiding injuries as you perform the activity. Do not attempt
to do poses all by yourself. Hire a good instructor or register in a class
where proper poses are shown. Warm up exercises must also be done and slow down
and relax in between poses.
